Prism Capital Partners has secured new financing for its high-profile adaptive reuse project in West Orange, the site of more than 330 new homes and ground-floor retail space.

Prism Capital Partners has relocated its headquarters to 310 Kingsland Street at ON3, the commercial real estate owner/operator’s 116-acre flagship redevelopment spanning Nutley and Clifton.

Prism Capital Partners secured a 330,000 s/f lease with pharmaceutical company Eisai Inc. at ON3, its high-profile redevelopment of the 116-acre former Hoffmann-La Roche campus spanning Nutley and Clifton, NJ.

Prism Capital Partners has picked Newmark Associates as its leasing agent for health care and medical office space at its 21-acre, mixed-use Edison Village project in West Orange.

Awards were announced in six categories: Business of the Year (1-50 employees), Business of the Year (51-100 employees), Business of the Year (101+ employees), Corporate Citizen of the Year, Emerging Business of the Year and Executive of the Year.

Prism Capital Partners has sold a 157,000-square-foot life sciences building at its ON3 campus, in a sign of investor appetite for modern lab and research and development space.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2021 on a build-to-suit medical office building at Prism Capital Partners’ ON3 campus. The firm received final site plan approval this fall for the 80,000 s/f facility, which has been pre-leased by Hackensack Meridian Health.
