Lease Expands Convenience Retail at New Prism Capital Partners Development
WOODBRIDGE, N.J., Nov. 10, 2021 — The UPS Store will open a location at Avenue & Green, Prism Capital Partners’ new multifamily-and-retail community at the corner of Rahway Avenue and Green Street in downtown Woodbridge. The lease marks the second retail commitment – with more in the works – at Avenue & Green, where LeGrand Coffee House is set to open its first brick-and-mortar shop in January.
The 1,100-square-foot UPS Store will provide the company’s signature variety of retail shipping, postal, print and small business services. Its range of offerings also will include mailboxes, passport photos and notary services. A spring 2022 opening is planned.

The community has already welcomed its first tenants and maintains a steady flow of new commitments.
