Woodbridge, N.J., Luxury Apartment Community Miles Ahead of Projections

A second structure is under roof ahead of winter weather at Dunellen Station, with foundations and framing rising for the multifamily community’s four remaining buildings.

Avenue & Green, a new 232-unit luxury apartment community in downtown Woodbridge, has reached the 50% leased milestone less than three months after its launch, announced developer Prism Capital Partners.

Three tenants are coming to The Shoppes at Edison Village on Main Street in West Orange, developed by Prism Capital Partners. Late winter/early spring 2022 openings are anticipated for BK Lobster restaurant, SportsMed Physical Therapy and Golden Aide Health & Pharmacy.

The UPS Store will open a location at Avenue & Green, Prism Capital Partners’ new multifamily-and-retail community at the corner of Rahway Avenue and Green Street in downtown Woodbridge. The lease marks the second retail commitment – with more in the works – at Avenue & Green, where LeGrand Coffee House is set to open its first brick-and-mortar shop in January.

Prism Capital Partners has appointed Edward Mislavsky as vice president of construction. This newly created position responds to sustained activity for the Nutley-based, vertically integrated commercial real estate owner/operator/developer.
