Prism Capital Partners will transform an obsolete industrial property in Long Hill Township into a dynamic, transit-oriented multifamily community. Situated adjacent to the Millington Train Station, The Enclave at Millington will feature quality residences that complement the neighborhood and introduce desirable housing inventory in the charming, walkable downtown area.

Prism will raze an existing, 150,000-square-foot structure on Division Avenue and construct 138 apartments including 21 units reserved for low- and moderate-income residents. The Enclave at Millington also will include a community center with gathering rooms and a fitness center, as well as an outdoor pool and ample parking. Prism is proposing a 10,000-square-foot retail component to serve The Enclave at Millington and the larger neighborhood as well.
