BLOOMFIELD, N.J., – Prism Capital Partners, LLC, completed leasing agreements with two new tenants: Allport Cargo Services and GEI Consultants for BroadAcres Office Park. Edwin H. Cohen, principal, served as the in-house representative for Prism Capital Partners, which owns and manages the upscale, four-building, 380,000-square-foot campus.
Allport Cargo Services, represented by David Warren of Resource Realty, leased 3,057 square feet on the first floor of 200 BroadAcres. The move represented their initial opening of offices in New Jersey. Headquartered in England, Allport provides the widest range of freight, supply chain and added-value logistics services.
GEI Consultants is leasing 4,557 square feet of space on the first floor at 300 BroadAcres Office Park. Relocating from Montclair, N.J., the company’s move is scheduled for August 1, 2016. Charles Laginestra of CBRE represented GEI in the deal. GEI Consultants’ team of engineers and scientists are licensed to provide professional engineering and science services in 47 states.

BroadAcres Office Park’s location between Garden State Parkway exits 151 and 153, near the interchanges of routes 3 and 46, provides unparalleled access to northern and central New Jersey, with excellent access to Manhattan as well. The 20-acre, park-like campus is aesthetically appealing, featuring an on-site café and conference facilities. When visitors enter the office park, they are greeted with an impressive reflecting pool and fountain as well as beautifully manicured grounds.
