After experiencing significant growth, Prism Capital Partners had to move into an office several years back that was twice the size of the one it had. The new facility the commercial real estate company chose to inhabit was a surprisingly slick space, a 7,000-square-foot office at 200 Broadacres Drive in Bloomfield that was designed by The Aztec Corp.
The contemporary office is filled with wavy, white walls accented by glowing hues of blue that light the space without overwhelming it. But, most importantly for the company, the office also has a versatility that allows it to easily transition from a work environment into a more social atmosphere.
