Prism Capital Partners LLC announced Tuesday it has leased space to two new tenants at the BroadAcres Office Park in Bloomfield.

Edwin H. Cohen, principal, represented Prism in leasing space to Allport Cargo Services and GEI Consultants at the four-building, 380,000-square-foot campus.

England-based Allport Cargo, a freight and supply chain company, leased 3,057 square feet at 200 BroadAcres. This is the company’s first New Jersey location. The company was represented by David Warren of Resource Realty,

GEI Consultants, an engineering and science services company, leased 4,557 square feet at 300 BroadAcres. The company relocated from Montclair. Charles Laginestra of CBRE represented GEI in the deal.

“We are proud of these new additions to our tenant mix, and we will continue to enhance the external and internal features of the office park to service our clients in the most efficient way possible,” Cohen said in a prepared statement. “With a focus on occupancy retention and expansion, Prism’s consistent improvements to the landscape, architecture, decor and operations of BroadAcres ensures both tenants and their visitors a professional experience.”
