Prism Capital Partners and an investment manager based in Boston purchased the 116-acre Hoffmann-La Roche US headquarters and research and devleopment campus in Nutley and Clifton. JLL secured Hackensack Meridian Health and Seton Hall University to anchor the redevelopment.
