Anne oversees all financial operations at Prism, including accounting, reporting, budgeting and capital planning. She serves as a key partner to senior leadership, investors and capital partners on matters involving financing, strategy, and the execution of the firm’s development and investment activities. Known for her focus on systems, process and precision, Anne has been instrumental in building scalable financial infrastructure, aligning financial and project management platforms, and navigating complex joint venture structures across the firm’s portfolio. She brings a hands-on approach to financial leadership, ensuring transparency and disciplined execution at every stage of the investment lifecycle. Anne began her career in public accounting before joining Prism, where she has spent more than 15 years growing with the firm — most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance. She holds a bachelor’s degree from New Jersey City University.
