Primary Responsibilities:
- Address resident maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and comfort.
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents by conducting necessary repairs and improvements.
- Execute preventative and routine maintenance programs to preserve property value.
- Maintain the building’s cleanliness and safety, including snow removal and grounds maintenance.
- Provide outstanding service and foster positive relationships with residents.
- Be available for weekend, evening, and after-hour emergency calls.

Qualifications
- Background in building maintenance or relevant trades education.
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
- HVAC certification a plus.
- Ready to handle emergencies, including participation in an on-call rotation.
- Ability to exert 25-50 pounds of force frequently and 10-20 pounds constantly.
- Reliable personal transportation for work and emergencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sharp appearance and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with various software and apps.
- A meticulous approach to completing tasks right the first time.
