Additions Bring Property’s Retail Space to 100% Occupancy

(Aug. 12, 2025) – New Jersey Sports Chiropractic, P.C. is coming to Prism Capital Partners’ Avenue & Green, the luxury multifamily mixed-use community at 10 Green Street, adjacent to the Woodbridge train station. This latest commitment follows the recent opening of Wonder, with the two tenant additions bringing Avenue & Green’s retail space to 100% occupancy.

New Jersey Sports Chiropractic has offices in New Jersey and New York City. The practice offers a range of both chiropractic and physical therapy services and is led by experienced chiropractors Dr. Frank Mandarino, Dr. Nick Campbell and Dr. Chintan Shah, as well as physical therapists, muscle therapists and strength coaches. Prism Construction Services is supervising the interior fit-out for the new Avenue & Green location.
Wonder – a rapidly expanding and highly popular fast-casual dining company – is known as “a new kind of food hall.” It enables customers to explore menus of over 20 restaurant partners for takeout, delivery and meal kits in a single order; dine-in seating is available at some of its locations.
