Robert Fourniadis joined Prism in 2012 as senior vice president heading the firm’s residential division, which develops and constructs new for-sale and rental housing. In this role, he is responsible for identifying   potential development sites, analyzing the feasibility of the proposed project,   negotiating the acquisition of the real estate , procuring  the required governmental  approvals , overseeing the  selection and design of the products and implementing the marketing and sales/leasing programs.   Prior to joining Prism,  he worked for over 22 years for Centex Homes and its predecessor, Calton ,Inc serving as  senior vice president of Centex Homes, leading the company’s New Jersey division, and senior vice president and general counsel for Calton, Inc.. During his tenure at Centex Homes, Fourniadis acquired over 50 real estate projects comprising in excess of 9000 residential units consisting of  townhome neighborhoods, single family lots, active adult communities and urban infill/Brownfield redevelopments projects. Approximately 6500 of these residences were developed between 1993 and 2009 resulting in $2.3 billion in revenue. The balance of the units were sold to other developers during this period. Fourniadis   earned a Master of Law degree from New York University, a JD from Western New England College, and a bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
