Prism purchased the four-building BroadAcres Office Park in 2006 and quickly launched a major capital improvement program at the property. This included the creation of an inviting outdoor courtyard and patio area, and full lobby updates at 300 and 400 Broadacres Drive.

Each building at BroadAcres offers approximately 94,000 square feet of office space and a distinct identity that sets this campus apart from other corporate facilities in the area. A serene reflecting pool and fountain, and beautifully manicured grounds highlight the 20-acre, park-like setting. Tenants also enjoy available conference space and upscale, specialty sit-down food service and on-site catering from Classic Cafe, which is located adjacent to the new courtyard on the ground floor of 200 Broadacres Drive.

Prism has successfully increased occupancy at BroadAcres Office Park through aggressive leasing and its hallmark responsive service. The property's location between Garden State Parkway exits 151 and 153, near the interchanges of Routes 3 and 46, provides unparalleled access to northern and central New Jersey, with excellent access to Manhattan as well.
