Prism joined forces with The Davis Companies to acquire this 102,433-square-foot, Class A office building in early 2013. Jefferson Road has been and continues to be a thriving corporate neighborhood. In fact, 339 Jefferson sits adjacent to Prism's 399 Jefferson Road, which is 100 percent leased to Biomet Technologies and Pinnacle Foods. Other major corporate users on Jefferson Road include ADP, Lexus Motors, Evonick, computer products maker PNY, and Pfizer, among others.
