Prism secures three new leases at Princeton Pike office campus, totaling 57K sq. ft.

Prism Capital Partners LLC announced Friday that it has secured three new leases at the Princeton Pike Corporate Center in Lawrenceville.

The leases, according to a news release, total nearly 57,000 square feet at the eight-building, Class A office campus.

Lakewood-based J. Knipper and Company Inc., a provider of end-to-end samples-management services to the U.S. pharmaceutical industry, leased 23,000 square feet of space at 1009 Lenox Drive. The firm recently acquired a Pennsylvania-based company, and the lease at the office campus will be the relocation for that division. Sab Russo of Mercer Oak Realty served as tenant broker in this transaction.

Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott LLC, a national law firm, signed 22,550 square feet at 2000 Lenox Drive. The Pittsburgh-based practice will relocate its regional office to the property from Trenton. This transaction was represented by Ed DaCosta from CBRE.

Management Planning Inc., a financial services firm, leased 11,370 square feet at 100 Lenox Drive. The company is relocating from another Princeton-area address. Roby Bull from Jones Lang LaSalle served as tenant broker in this deal.

Financial terms were not disclosed for the three transactions.

"The improving economy has brought renewed velocity to the office leasing market, with companies coming off the sidelines to make strategic real estate decisions as they position themselves for growth," Edwin Cohen, a principal partner with Prism Capital Partners, said in a prepared statement. "The Princeton submarket, in particular, is seeing significant interest and our latest leases — including one relocation from out of state — speak to its appeal."
