Prism's senior vice president of management services, Jon Hoff, announced the commencement of a multi-million dollar improvement project at Princeton Pike Corporate Center in Lawrenceville, NJ. According to Hoff, the improvements will focus predominately on cosmetic and mechanical upgrades.

Over the next 12 months, select buildings on the eight-building, 800,000-square-foot park will see lobby renovations, elevator and HVAC modernizations, updated restrooms, new lighting, wall coverings, paint and carpeting. Parking lot repaving, new roofing and various facade improvements are underway as well.

The park was acquired by a joint venture of Prism and Angelo, Gordon & Co., in early 2013. Approximately 90-percent leased, Princeton Pike Corporate Center sits on 100 acres and was constructed between 1984 and the early 1990's. Key tenants of the campus include Sirius XM Radio, Wells Fargo Advisors, Princeton Healthcare Services, Metlife Solutions Group and Philadelphia Insurance Companies.
