Sergio Tigeleiro joined Prism Capital Partners in 2011 as senior vice president of finance. His responsibilities include all aspects of financial reporting both monthly and yearly for all properties, construction projects and Prism’s management company. He is also responsible for tax compliance as well as asset management. Tigeleiro’s background includes four years as controller for BRM Group, an Israeli based Venture Capital Company, and more than seven years of construction experience as controller of Ferreira Construction and Stavola Companies. His background in private equity investment as well as construction makes Tigeleiro a perfect fit for Prism. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Montclair State University.
