Jonathan F. Hoff has been leading the Management Services division for the past 13 years. Joining the firm in 2007, as Senior Vice President of Management Services, he has been responsible for all aspects of Management Services within the Company. His duties include managerial, financial and operational responsibility for all property management related issues, strategic planning and implementation; with a specific focus on adding value to real property assets while ensuring a safe and comfortable workplace for the tenants. During his tenure he has provided overall strategic leadership and direction to the property management division while effectively supporting and interfacing with the other team members within the Company.

In addition, he provides oversite for the financial performance of the division, setting operational and financial goals, and developing business plans, capital budgets and operating budgets. From the beginning, Jon mandated the importance to develop, implement and ensure consistency in process and operational standards, compliance and quality control practices throughout the portfolio to help raise properties to a higher level of management.

Jon’s strong engineering background lends to effective problem solving and understanding of systems and construction. In addition, he has an ability to analyze operations and provide solutions that help reduce costs and improve profitability.

In 2019, Jon served as the President of the NJ IREM chapter and has spent the past 12 years serving on the Executive Board. Prior to joining Prism, he spent two years working as an Alliance Director for Trammell Crow Corporation overseeing the entire Siemens portfolio with oversight of office buildings, critical facilities, and manufacturing sites. Prior to Trammell Crow he spent 15 years with The Gale Company as the Vice President of Facility Services working on the AT&T account along with many other national clients.

Hoff earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
