Diaz and Cohen have collectively leased more than 8 million square feet of commercial space; sold or acquired more than $1 billion worth of commercial assets on behalf of third-party clients; developed more than 3.5 million square feet of space; acquired more than 12 million square feet of assets valued at more than $1.7 billion as a principal investor; and secured more than $1 billion worth of project financing.

The internal rate of return on projects in which the principals have served as investor partners exceeds 24% on more than $375 million in equity. Equally important -- no investment in which the partners held equity interests has ever lost principal.
