  Robert Fourniadis
Senior Vice President-Residential

Robert Fourniadis joined Prism in 2012 as Senior Vice President-Residential, heading the firm's new residential division, created to develop and construct new for-sale housing. Among initial projects under his oversight are Parkway Lofts, the conversion of a former General Electric warehouse overlooking the Garden State Parkway in Bloomfield, N.J., and 610 residential units on 21 acres in West Orange, N.J.'s Downtown Redevelopment area. From 1999 to 2009, he served as senior vice president of Centex Homes, leading the company's New Jersey division, and previously was senior vice president and general counsel for Calton, Inc. and associate attorney with Giordano, Halleran and Ciesla. During his tenure at Centex Homes, and its predecessor, Calton Inc., Robert acquired over 50 real estate projects comprising in excess of 9000 residential units. Approximately 6500 of these residences were developed between 1993 and 2009 resulting in $2.3 billion in revenue. These projects consisted of townhome neighborhoods, single family lots, active adult communities and urban infill/Brownfield redevelopments projects. The majority of the remaining lots were sold to other developers during this period. More recently, he served as real estate counsel in the Law Offices of Robert S. Dowd, as principal of RNA Real Estate Services, and as a partner in Rainmaker Capital. He earned a Master of Law degree from New York University, a JD from Western New England College, and a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
